L. David Shen, Ph.D, PE, TE
Dr. Shen is a Professor with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Florida International University(FIU). He also serves as a director at the Lehman Center for Transportation Research at FIU. He previously served as a Senior Technical Adviser of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and member of three national committees of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Transportation Research Board (TRB). He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Maryland and California. He has extensive industrial experience which includes current consulting to international and Florida firms.
Jiun-Jia (JJ) Hsu, Ph.D., PE
Dr. Hsu is a vice president with the Taoyuan Metro Corporation which operates Taoyuan Airport MRT Line. Before working with Taoyuan Metro, Dr. Hsu is an assistant professor at Kainan University. He previously worked as a project engineer in a private consultant in Miramar, FL and as a roadway design engineer in Broward County, FL. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
